Will Torsch

Will joined our team 2026.

Prior to joining Circle-S Energy, Will spent over six years at ExxonMobil in the unconventional business line, gaining hands-on experience across all major US unconventional basins through geoscience and finance roles focused primarily on formation evaluation, strategic planning, and financial reporting.  He began his career at Newfield Exploration, contributing to subsurface evaluation, seismic interpretation, and development programs in the STACK, Eagle Ford, and South Texas plays.

Will holds a Master of Science in Geology and Geophysics from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Baylor University.  He lives in Dallas with his wife and three children.
